The Redland offers several floor plan options, including 1-, 2-, and 4-bedroom apartments, making it perfect for students who want to live alone or be close to their friends. Please keep in mind that all pricing on the website is per bedroom, not the whole apartment.
One-Bedroom Floor Plans
We have several options for one-bedroom apartments. At The Redland, most 1-bedroom apartments come with one bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen area, as well as a walk-in closet. One-bedroom apartments typically are around 776 square feet. Some 1-bedroom units also come with a private patio.
Shared Housing Options
Living with roommates is a popular choice among UGA students. Shared housing offers a spacious and social living environment and generally includes multiple bedrooms alongside communal spaces such as kitchens and living rooms. At The Redland Apartments, shared housing is available in a 2-bedroom suite, 2-bedroom flat, 4-bedroom townhouse, and 4-bedroom apartment, each with different features available to match your needs.
When selecting a floor plan for shared living, pay close attention to the:
- Number of bathrooms (Unless you are okay with sharing, you want to make sure you have your own bath)
- Size and layout of common areas—most apartments come with a spacious living room, which can enhance your shared living space, allowing time outside of your room and even space for social gatherings.
Two-Bedroom Suite & Flat
We offer the option of a 2-bedroom floor plan, which will also include a 1-bathroom suite. Our 2-bedroom floor plans include a shared kitchen, living space, and bathroom. This apartment allows you to live with a friend but also have enough space to get away for personal time. All apartments also come with a washer and dryer. Our 2-bedroom suite/flat options typically are between 745–776 square feet.
Four-Bedroom Apartment & Townhouse
Additionally, we offer the option of a 4-bedroom floor plan, which includes two bathrooms. This layout includes a shared kitchen, living space, and bathrooms. Typically, our 4-bedroom townhouses and apartment options range from 1,214 to 1,523 square feet. The 4-bedroom townhouse has a kitchen, living area, patio, two bedrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms plus a balcony on the top floor.
